How Enrollment Works at Mindscape Institute
Applying to Mindscape Institute involves four steps: submitting your application, reserving your seat with a deposit, completing a fit interview, and finalizing tuition after acceptance.
Step 1
Submit your application

Reserve seat with deposit
- Deposits reserve your seat and apply to tuition per program policy.
- Review refund terms before completing payment.
- Payment confirmation keeps your enrollment process moving.
Step 3
Complete fit interview
- Most interviews run 20-30 minutes.
- Bring your goals, prior experience, schedule constraints, and questions.
- We assess fit, safety orientation, and ethical readiness.
Step 4
Finalize tuition and onboarding
- Remaining tuition is due after acceptance or by class start, depending on program.
- Receive onboarding details and class access instructions.
- Plan to integrate learning between sessions.

From the first day of live training, you can withdraw with a full refund of tuition paid (minus the $500 deposit).
